PARASITE FREE ENVIRONMENT:
The Grand Pet Resort & Spa is dedicated to keeping our guests flea and tick free.  Any guest that is found to have external parasites upon entry will be treated at the owner’s expense.

FOOD:
We recommend a consistent diet to maintain intestinal health and minimize digestive upset.  If your pet is on a diet other than Science Diet Adult Formula we strongly urge you to bring the food that is part of your pet’s regular diet.  Please bring food pre-measured and individually packaged in zip-loc bags for each of the two meals served per day.  Please label each bag with your name and your pet’s name.

MEDICATIONS:
All medication must be in its original container with the prescribing physician’s label indicating the name of the patient, name of the medication, and the dosage and frequency.  Please contact Guest Services for pricing on specialized medical needs.

EMERGENCIES:
For the veterinary care needs of our guests, we proudly utilize the services of Hulen Hills Animal Hospital and Metro West Emergency Veterinary Center, both conveniently located next door.  Should a problem arise in your absence, we will perform any necessary treatment to ensure your pet’s good health.  We ask that you leave an emergency number where you will be staying or that of a friend or relative who would either be able to contact you directly or make a decision in your absence. Related costs will be the full responsibility of the pet owner.
